In order to meet the requirements of current epidemic prevention and control policies, as well as ensure the health and safety of relevant participants, guests, and scholars, the National Postdoctoral Academic Forum on ‘Inheriting and Promoting the Scientist Spirit in a New Era’, originally scheduled to be held in Chengdu on May 25, 2022, is now postponed to June 25, 2022. This paper forum will be held both offline and online. The deadline for soliciting papers will be postponed to June 15. All experts and scholars are welcome to continue to contribute. Ⅵ. Call for Papers
(Ⅰ) Subject Direction of Papers
Collecting papers that share the theme of ‘Inheriting and Promoting the Scientist Spirit in a New Era’, with the scope of solicitation including but not being limited to the following aspects:
1. Postdoctoral talent training and management system reform in universities;
2. Scientific research environment and school tradition construction in universities;
3. Political guidance and ideological and political work of university experts;
4. Inheritance and promotion of scientist spirit'.
(Ⅱ) Object of Solicitation and Requirements for Publicity
Experts in relevant fields, outstanding young scholars, postdoctoral researchers, postdoctoral cooperative tutors, proposed doctors, and postdoctoral administrators in universities are welcome to attend the conference. For those invited to participate in the forum, at least one paper author should attend the forum and deliver their paper.
(Ⅲ) Paper Submission
1. The first author or corresponding author of the paper is the author themselves, and the paper in question should be an original, of import and academic value as well as application promotion value, that has not been published publicly before.
2. The paper should use the standard layout of A4 length in Word file format, and the number of words in a single article shall not exceed 6000 words (see Attachment 1 for the format).
3. Please indicate author’s name, mobile phone number, email address, school name, mobile station level-I discipline, postdoctoral workstation, and current work unit of the incumbent. Please fill in the Attendance Receipt (see Attachment 2 for details) and send it to the forum email together with the full paper at 182066166@qq.com and use the title format: ‘Full Name of the Organization – Authors’ Names - Paper Title’. The deadline for submissions is June 10, 2022.
Ⅶ. Form of Achievements
The Collected Papers of the National Postdoctoral Academic Forum on ‘Inheriting and Promoting the Scientist Spirit in a New Era’ will be published, and ‘Excellent Papers’ will be selected and granted certificates.
Ⅷ. Other Matters
(Ⅰ) The forum is entirely free, with no registration fees or conference fees.
(Ⅱ) Deadline for application and submission of scientific research achievements or papers: June 15, 2022

(Ⅴ) If further affected by the epidemic situation, this forum will be held both online and offline. Please pay attention to the notice of the meeting group in a timely manner.
